Radoslava Švihrová

Hi, this is Radka! Data scientist with a statistician’s mind and a computer scientist’s toolkit.

Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Computational Life Sciences at ZHAW in Zürich, where I work on development of Digital Twins from medical time-series data. My research interests are causal inference, biomarkers discovery and uncertainty quantification. I also provide consulting services - feel free to contact me via email with your inquiry.

Previously, I was a doctoral researcher at the University of Applied Sciences (SUPSI) in Lugano. Before, I worked as a researcher and data scientist at SCCH in Austria. I hold a PhD in Computer Science from University of Bern, a MSc in Statistics and Data Science from Johannes Kepler University in Linz, and a Bc in Mathematics from Palacký University in Olomouc, Czechia. I come from Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, skitouring, and reading.
